Mischa Barton's Ex Agrees Not to Sell Sex Tape (If He Has One)

Mischa Barton's ex-boyfriend does not admit to having a sex tape featuring her, but if he did ... he agrees he won't try to sell it.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Baron and Adam Spaw agreed to a five-year restraining order where they both agree to stay 100 yards away from one another.

The documents specifically say that Spaw "will not directly or indirectly, or through any agent, sell, distribute, show, give away or assign in any way intimate photos or videos of Mischa Barton."

But the docs also state that "the signing of this agreement is not an admission by [Spaw] that he possesses or attempted to sell any intimate photos or videos of Mischa Barton."

The two sides also agreed to split their property from a shared storage space.

As for Spaw's "Hobbes" doll, the docs state Barton returned it, along with his computer.
