¡Sara Jean Underwood Es Muy Caliente En Puerto Vallarta!

Sara Jean Underwood has been known for her epic bikini-clad tours of the U.S.A., but the former Playboy Playmate just took her talents south of the border.

Underwood spent last week at the Grand Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta. She actually went with her dad -- who is apparently the coolest, most level-headed dad alive -- for his birthday.

Underwood and pops spent the week relaxing in the sun and visiting the resort spa, Haixa. They also traveled to the private island of Caletas, just south of Vallarta.

As for thrills, the two hit up Vallarta Adventures to do an Extreme Adventure Tour consisting of zip lines, ATVs, and a giant waterslide.

Finally, the week was capped off with an amazing private dinner at the resort's Presidential Suite for dad's birthday.

Happy Birthday Mr. Underwood, sir ... we weren't staring at your daughter ... we swear.
