Usher Teases Upcoming Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show [VIDEO]

A new trailer teasing Usher's upcoming Super Bowl LVIII halftime show has been released, and fans cannot wait to see what the singer has in store.

As you may know, last year, the 'Yeah!' singer was announced to take the stage during one of the biggest sporting events of the year -- Super Bowl.

He is expected to sing some of his hit singles such as 'My Boo' and 'DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love', but as with many halftime shows in the past, we all know that there could be a few surprises along the way.

“It’s an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list,” Usher said after the news first broke that he would be heading the halftime show.

“I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before," he said, adding, "Thank you to the fans and everyone who made this opportunity happen. I’ll see you real soon.”

Now, with the Super Bowl just weeks away, Usher is teasing his upcoming performance, which he claims has been "30 years in the making".

Usher has been tapped to headline the highly anticipated halftime show for the upcoming NFL event, and he is teasing what can be expected from one of the biggest televised shows of the year.

In the newly released trailer, fans watch as a gospel choir opens up by singing the iconic line: "Peace up / A-town down." (Talk about nostalgia.)

The video is then filled with throwback clips of Usher and fans of the singer, who all state that their favorite Usher song is 'Yeah!' as the iconic track plays in the background.

It's not just fans who are singing and dancing to the hit single, as NBA star Lebron James and BTS member Jungkook sing make cameos in the trailer as they are seen dancing to 'Yeah!'.

Usher previously spoke to ET regarding his upcoming halftime show performance, expressing, "This is a celebration of my legacy. It's a celebration of my music. It's a celebration of my passion."

Adding, "30 years ago, that journey started, and now it's landed me at this point in my life at the Super Bowl. Lot of songs, lot of moments, lot of dance, lot of energy."

As with halftime shows in the past, fans are hoping to see some cameos from other singers that Usher has collaborated with in the past, but with so many songs from the 45-year-old singer over the past 30 years, which ones will he choose?

"The hardest part of Super Bowl prep has been choosing the set list," he told ET last year. "You've got 13 minutes in order to get through an entire legacy of music."

Usher has hit songs including 'O.M.G.' with Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am and 'DJ Got Us Fallin' n Love' featuring Pitbull. It is unclear if any cameos will occur during Usher's halftime show, so fans will just have to wait and see!

Super Bowl LVIII takes place on Sunday, February 11.
