Between May 2022 and December 2022, both of the former employees named in the suit were bartenders with Lisa and Ken at their restaurant, Tom Tom. "During this period, [the former bartenders] experienced rampant violations of California labor laws, harassment, and unsafe working conditions," the lawsuit states.

One of the former employees claims that Lisa and Ken "blacklisted him by defaming him to future employers."

He accused the two of "publishing false statements and comments to numerous third parties" regarding his "profession, reputation and character."

Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval are Junior Partners of the restaurant, even having developed signature cocktails alongside renowned Mixologist for Republic National Distributing Company, Sly Cosmopolous.

However, with the recent cheating scandal involving Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, and Raquel Leviss, Lisa was asked if she had considered buying out Sandoval's share.

“No, they’re my partners,” she told Andy Cohen last year of both Toms' share in the restaurant. “I’m gonna stick by them unless they need the money.”

However, she did note that she does not know what the future holds for their business relationship. “I don’t know. I really don’t know,” she said. “It’s so quick and it feels like such a rough and bumpy ride. I haven’t really made any decisions about anything.”

Regarding Lisa's other restaurant, Pump, last summer she said she had found a new home for it next to the bar co-owned by Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval. The new location is just down the street from the old location in West Hollywood.

Lisa and Ken are revamping the Garden Bar at Tom Tom into the new Pump location.

Although the restaurant’s new location does not yet have an opening date, the location does already have a Pump sign and a flyer inviting customers to “come brunch with us.”

Lisa has yet to respond to the suit.
