'Rehab Addict' Star Nicole Curtis Is Weaning Her 2½-Year-Old Son Off of Breastfeeding

You gotta let go sometime.

"Rehab Addict" star Nicole Curtis has decided to stop breastfeeding her 2 1/2-year-old son Harper, which has been a bone of contention during her custody battle with her child's father, Shane Maguire.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Curtis contends that breastfeeding will not interfere with Maguire's parenting time, as he had claimed, because she "is in the process of weaning" Harper off of breastfeeding.

Curtis claims Maguire has badmouthed her on the topic of breastfeeding "in a attempt to humiliate and embarrass" her.

In his attempt to gain more parenting time, Maguire moved to Michigan in order to be closer to Curtis and Harper. The only problem is that Curtis already had plans to move to California, which she says Maguire knew about and was court-approved. She called his move "a stunt" and thinks the court should sanction him for it.

Curtis is asking the court to keep their custody arrangement as is.

A judge has yet to rule.
