Gypsy Rose Shares 'Innocent' Baby Photo Prior To Mom's Abuse

Gypsy Rose Blanchard-Anderson has shared a baby photo, which was taken before she went through years of abuse from her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.

As you may know, Gypsy Rose Blanchard-Anderson is believed to have been a victim of Munchausen by proxy, a physiological disorder that investigators claim Dee Dee had.

Throughout many years of Gypsy's life, Dee Dee had convinced her daughter, family members, friends, and even medical personnel, that Gypsy Rose had many illnesses, disorders, and diseases, including asthma, epilepsy, vision impairments, and more.

Dee Dee went as far as claiming Gypsy was paralyzed from the waist down, which resulted in her "needing a wheelchair" for mobility, and that she "needed a feeding tube" -- which they later found out was not true.

At one point, Dee Dee's abuse became physical, as she chained Gypsy Rose to a bed for two weeks as a punishment for sneaking out of the house.

Gypsy Rose felt there was no way out besides killing her mother, so she and her then-boyfriend came up with a plan, which they carried out in 2015. Gypsy ended up going to prison for her involvement in her mother's murder. Her then-boyfriend is serving life in prison.

Last month, she was released on parole and has been posting on social media ever since.

After posting the throwback pic, many of Gypsy's followers are flooding the comments section, sharing how they can't believe how any mother would put their "innocent" child through what Dee Dee put Gypsy through.

The now 32-year-old shared a throwback pic of her as a baby, which was taken before her mother made up the many disorders and illnesses Gypsy was "suffering" from.

Many of her followers couldn't help but point out how sad the photo made them, including one user who said, "It makes me so sad that the innocent little girl in this picture was already being abused by the one person who was supposed to love her."

Another said, "How could anyone think of doing bad to a child with that smile?"

"Mom was wheeling her around in a baby wheelchair smh," one of her followers commented.

Her baby photo has gained over 4,000 comments, one of which read, "That little girl is so proud of you for saving her."

Another simply said, "Oh, you were so cute."

Others just loved the fact that Gypsy Rose jumped on the #ThrowbackThursday trend. "Gypsy Rose bringing back throwback Thursdays. SHE IS THE MOMENT," one of her followers wrote in the comments section.

As one of her supporters said, "What a throwback."

"Adorable," one user said, adding, "I don’t see how anyone could look at this beautiful baby girl and do those god-awful things to her."

As you know, the 32-year-old was recently released from prison after serving 85% of her 10-year sentence for pleading guilty to second-degree murder of her own mother.

She has seemingly been enjoying her freedom ever since.
