Cindy Crawford Pumps Iron In Tight Swimsuit On The Beach

Cindy Crawford was in the mood for all things workout four days ago as she took to Instagram with a slew of gym moments showing her looking fighting fit. The legendary supermodel, 57, talked of New Year's Resolutions being a "lifestyle" change as opposed to a "resolution" as she showed her followers an array of old and new workout moments, also opening her video with a jaw-dropping reminder of her swimsuit body back in the day.

Pumping iron in her swimwear, the '90s catwalk queen dropped jaws with her curves, and there were plenty more opportunities to see the mom to Kaia Gerber working out. Fans have left Cindy over 57,000 likes for her share.

Opening with a clip of herself back in the '90s, Cindy flaunted her sensational figure in a skintight black bathing suit as she handled two dumbbells and worked her toned arms.

Filmed in black-and-white and on a beach, Cindy rocked bombshell hair as she drew the eye to her Amazonian frame, with fans also seeing camera crew equipment. Next up, came footage that was likely recent as Cindy's silhouette was filmed jumping up and down on a small outdoor trampoline.

The Meaningful Beauty founder returned for a switch-up as she hit the golf course in the next clip, with fans then seeing her enjoying an energetic outdoor run up some steps. Throwing things back to her heyday, the star then shared old footage of herself in a sports bra and white shorts while once again handling those dumbbells before sharing up-to-date gym footage of herself in leggings and a pink tank top.

"It’s not a resolution, it’s a lifestyle," Cindy wrote in her caption. The post has caught likes from actress Reese Witherspoon and sitcom star Jennifer Aniston. "Used to love your radu workout video. The first one. I did it in high school. I thought you were the prettiest ever!!" one fan replied.

Cindy is definitely defying her age, and this photo is proof. In September of last year, the A-Lister posed in a figure-hugging black dress and from a hallway as she tagged luxury designer Versace while enjoying a "night out" in London, U.K. "Dear Cindy you will always be to my eyes the most beautiful woman on this earth," one adoring fan replied.

Cindy has opened up about her approach to wellness. For her, it's all about "setting realistic goals."

"With food, I try to be 80 percent good, 80 percent of the time. I'm not going to say I work out every day; I try to work out three to four days a week, and some weeks I don't even get that. Someone got me on to tongue scraping; you have to do it first thing in the morning, don't even drink water," she told The Cut.
