This unconventional approach allowed her to synchronize singing with mid-air maneuvers. Keeping up with her demanding tour schedule, the singer adheres to a rigorous fitness routine, engaging in three daily workouts. Her nightly routine involves an intense two-hour cardio session onstage, contributing to her boundless energy throughout the day.

Even during periods away from the touring spotlight, Pink remains dedicated to her daily fitness routine.
"I like being strong," she declared. "I identify with my core, my intuition, and my strength. I have wide, big feet, and I joke, 'The better to kick you with.' I'm short, close to the ground, fast, and agile."
Collaborating with trainer Jeanette Jenkins, Pink diversifies her workouts, incorporating High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), cardio, yoga, kickboxing, strength training, weightlifting, and core exercises into her regimen. Following a series of personal challenges, including the loss of her father to cancer, the passing of the family's nanny, and undergoing hip and double disc replacement surgeries, Pink found herself facing struggles with weight loss and experiencing a sense of exhaustion and sadness.
Despite rigorous efforts with a three-hour daily workout routine and clean eating, her metabolism seemed unresponsive.
"I would work out three hours a day, eat clean, and my metabolism was a dud -- I couldn't get anything started," Pink explained. "I was like, 'I'm exhausted, I'm sad, I haven't been away from my family for three years—not even overnight. And I just need a minute.'"
Recognizing the need for a break and self-care, Pink embarked on a two-week wellness program in Spain, adopting the Kushi diet -- a nourishing, anti-inflammatory regimen focused on whole grains, beans, and vegetables. This experience, marked by separation from her family, became a profound gift to herself, driven by the desire for personal well-being that would ultimately benefit her loved ones.
