Aaron Rodgers Dubs Jimmy Kimmel's Reaction To His Comment 'Ridiculous'

When Jimmy Kimmel said Aaron Rodgers wouldn't apologize for labeling him a Jeffrey Epstein associate, the TV host hit the nail on the head!
Kimmel vehemently slammed the New York Jets quarterback in his first show of the year, calling him out for being a "hamster-brained man." However, the athlete fired back at his heated comments, claiming the late-night talk show host misunderstood his words as slander.
Aaron Rodgers Says His Comments About Jimmy Kimmel Were Taken Out Of Context
Rodgers recently addressed his viral feud with Kimmel on Pat McAfee's podcast, the same show where he seemingly called out the talk show host for being scared of Epstein's infamous list. According to the NFL star, he never accused the 56-year-old of being a pedophile.
The drama, per Rodgers, began when he first made comments about Epstein's flight log being exposed. At the time, he noted it would be great to pop a bottle at the revelation of those who participated in the sex offender's heinous crimes.
However, Kimmel allegedly reacted to his comments by calling him "an overly concussed wacko." Rodgers took this as the TV host slamming him for believing there was a list housing the names of Epstein's famous associates. This is why he mentioned the entertainer in his previous appearance on McAfee's podcast.
"Fast forward to this last week, and I said that 'a lot of people' — and I'm quoting myself here — 'a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, are really hoping that doesn't come out.' That's what I said, that's the entire quote," Rodgers recalled.
"I was referring to the fact that if there's a list, which, again, this hasn't come out yet. There was just a deposition, and there are names on it, then that would be the second time that soft-brained, junior college student, wacko, anti-vax, antisemite, purveyor, spreader of misinformation, conspiracy theorist, MAGA, whatever other things that have been said by him and other people in the media would be right twice."
Rodgers stressed that he understood the severity of pedophilia allegations and saw the situation from Kimmel's perspective. However, he insisted the talk show host's anger was misplaced since he would never accuse him without proof. In the NFL star's words:
"I’m not stupid enough, even though you think I’m an idiot, and you made a lot of comments about my intelligence. But I’m not stupid enough to accuse you of that with absolutely zero evidence, concrete evidence. That’s ridiculous."
Rodgers reaffirmed that he has nothing against Kimmel, stating that he is glad the host isn't on the list because those who are on the list are accused of heinous crimes. "So I hope that you will give the same type of energy to these heinous crimes when they do come out and the names do come out," he advised the 56-year-old.

“I think it’s impressive a man who went to Arizona State and has 10 joke writers can read off a prompter”

Rodgers noted that he would like to put their misunderstandings to bed but did not apologize for his previous comments — a gesture Kimmel predicted would never happen in his first show of the year.
Jimmy Kimmel Vehemently Slams Aaron Rodgers Over False Jeffrey Epstein Comments
The first 2024 episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" captured the host's response to Rodgers's claims about his ties to Epstein's infamous list. He attacked the athlete in his opening monologue, noting his NFL talents made him think he was an "extraordinary being."
"He thinks that because God gave him the ability to throw a ball, he's smarter than everyone else. The idea that his brain is just average is unfathomable to him. We learned, during COVID, that somehow he knows more about science than scientists." the TV host slammed Rodgers.
He continued, "This hamster-brained man thinks he knows what the government is up to because he's a quarterback doing research on YouTube and listening to podcasts. Aaron Rodgers is too arrogant to know how ignorant he is. They let him host Jeopardy! for two weeks, and now he knows everything."
Kimmel noted that the athlete's false comments made people believe he was "meeting up with Tom Hanks and Oprah once a week at Shakey's to eat pizza and drink the blood of children." Despite the negative publicity, he accepted part of the blame for Rodgers' comments.
According to the 56-year-old, the quarterback might have retaliated against him over their past disagreements. Nonetheless, he stressed that calling him a pedophile was crossing the line as he would never make false accusations about anyone.
"And when we do get something wrong, which happens on rare occasions, you know what I do? I apologize for it," Kimmel explained. "Which is what Aaron Rodgers should do. Which is what a decent person would do. But I bet he won't. I'll accept his apology and move on — but I bet he won't do that."
