“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson has sold off the O.C. home she bought for her daughter and the selling price was just a little under $1,000,000.
Last year, Gunvalson bought the 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 2,500 sq. ft. home in Ladera Ranch for her daughter Briana and Briana’s family. Briana was living in Oklahoma at the time because her husband is in the Marine Corps — but they decided to move back to Orange County.
The home was a storyline throughout the season, detailing Vicki and Briana remodeling the property. It features an outdoor fireplace, rich hardwood floors, stainless steel kitchen appliances, office space, family guest room, upgraded bathrooms and an extra long driveway.
Gunvalson revealed earlier this month that Briana and her family would be moving to North Carolina, with her husband revealed the news on social media, “Today it became official! Moving back to my home state of NC in two weeks to live a simpler stress free life.”
The “RHOC” star put her daughter’s home up for sale in September. She was asking for $989,000, but dropped the price to $969,000 and found a buyer on November 17.
And of course the “Real Housewives” star made a sweet payday, pulling in $170,000 on the deal.
