Farrah Abraham is ready for an all-out legal battle against a security guard over a 2022 incident.

The reality TV star recently received an assault lawsuit filed by a female security personnel at a hospitality center. However, her recollection of the events differed from the guard's narrative.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Abraham slapped the enterprise with a countersuit, calling out the restaurant/club and a different bouncer for inflicting her with numerous damages. The allegations include assault, battery, emotional distress, and more allegations.

Farrah Abraham Claims She Was Treated Like A 'Ragdoll' By Male Security Guard

The "Teen Mom" star named the Grandmaster Records Restaurant and its security personnel, George Velazquez, the culprit behind the viral 2022 incident.

She recalled that the incident began at the establishment's roof bar, where she enjoyed after-dinner drinks with friends. Things suddenly went downhill when another customer allegedly attacked Abraham, "shoving her violently multiple times and swinging her purse at her."

The alleged assault took place in front of several Grandmaster Records Restaurant employees and security guards; however, the plaintiff was singled out as the perpetrator. The document claimed:

"The plaintiff was physically grabbed from behind by the arms by one of the staff members/security guards and was forcibly taken away from the bar and escorted out of the restaurant."

The rough treatment continued outside the restaurant, where guards, including Velazquez, allegedly attacked Abraham while she was waiting for her friends on the sidewalk. The suit noted the aggressive male personnel "physically roughed up" the plaintiff. According to the documents:

"Defendant VELAZQUEZ, an overly aggressive male security guard, who then wrestled with Plaintiff, flung her down to the ground like a ragdoll, handcuffed her, and then held her down on the ground, at times using his knee to do so, repeatedly saying, 'You're going to jail.'"

The horrific scene was reportedly captured by one of Abraham's companions, and the aftermath of Velazquez's actions left her with serious physical, mental, and emotional injuries. As for the guard's employers, the Grandmaster Records Restaurant was accused of allowing the incident to happen.

Abraham claimed they should be held accountable for "negligent hiring, training, and supervision" of their staff. She asked the court for punitive and exemplary damages in a sum according to proof at trial, the payment of her attorney fees, and other damage fees for emotional distress.

The Reality Star Was Sued First

Abraham's countersuit comes at the heels of an assault lawsuit filed by a female guard at Grandmaster Records Restaurant. The plaintiff, Megan Armstrong, claimed she worked at the hospitality center in 2022 when the incident happened.

The drama occurred on January 15, 2022, when Abraham allegedly struck Armstrong in the face while the female guard attempted to escort her out of the establishment. The legal documents noted a fight had broken out on the rooftop bar because of the reality TV star's "assaultive behavior with other customers."

According to the disgruntled security guard, Abrham's assault caused injuries that "include but are not limited to, an eye injury and injuries to her face for which [Armstrong] seeked [sic] medical treatment as well as psychological trauma and emotional distress."

Because of the incident, Armstrong claimed she "will continue to incur medical expenses for hospitals, doctors, lost earnings, and other expenses and damages." Therefore, she is suing Abraham for at least $25,000 in damages.

Farrah Abraham Avoided Jail Time In The Battery Case

Before her latest legal drama, Abraham escaped incarceration over her 2022 drama with the security guard. She escaped jail time thanks to a plea deal but had to pay for her crimes with community service.

Last October, a judge sentenced the "Teen Mom" star to 18 months of probation and 40 hours of community service. She wasn't required to attend any anger management class or pay fines for battery on a peace officer.

Although Farrah Abraham took the plea deal, Abraham had maintained her innocence online. Following the incident, she shared videos of the assault on social media and accused the security guard of manhandling her.

"@grandmasterrecords, what a horrible dining experience being battered and assaulted by your staff. Such an unsafe, disturbing environment," she wrote underneath one post. According to the entertainer, her experience was an example of abuse against women.

"Why is a male on top of me holding me down while I was walking? This is scary, and he should be fired and in jail for betterment [sic]," she lamented in another post. Abraham's lawyer, Kia Feyzjou, echoed similar sentiments, noting she was "unlawfully arrested in this case by the security staff at Grandmaster Recorders."
