Abraham is in legal trouble again, as she has been hit with a lawsuit over an alleged assault incident that took place on January 15, 2022.

The security guard filed the lawsuit, claiming that Abraham hit her in the face while attempting to escort the reality TV star out of a building for allegedly being involved in a fight.

The legal documents read, "On January 15, 2022, [Armstrong] was a security guard at a business located at 1518 N. Cahuenga Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028 when [she] was advised by other security officers at the location of a fight by one of the patron's customers on the rooftop."

In 2022, Abraham was involved in a heated exchange with a security guard outside the restaurant Grandmaster Recorders in Hollywood. The 32-year-old reportedly slapped a security guard, which caused a citizen's arrest to be conducted on her before being booked by the Los Angeles Police Department on January 16, 2022

Abraham was later charged with battery on a peace officer, per The Blast. Abraham, however, insisted she was innocent on social media, posting footage of the event and accusing the security guard of mistreating her. "@grandmasterrecords, what a horrible dining experience being battered and assaulted by your staff. Such an unsafe, disturbing environment," she commented in a post.

While sharing her own side of the story, the mother of one claimed that the staff escalated the matter by attacking "a paying customer and holding me against my will and hurt me." Abraham then added, "The only one out of three. Woman abuse must stop!"

Abraham was eventually ordered to do 40 hours of community service for the incident related to the same January 2022 rooftop case for which she is being sued again. The reality TV star was also sentenced to 18 months of probation. She was not made to pay a fine or attend anger management class.
