A royal expert has called out the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, tagging her as the "most difficult woman to satisfy."
It comes in the wake of claims that Meghan was demanding answers from King Charles III about why she is treated differently from other royals.
It was also recently reported that the Duchess' plans for the new year might have been dealt a major blow.
Meghan Markle Has 'Millions' But Wants 'Billions', Claims Royal Expert
Amid claims about Meghan demanding answers from King Charles about why she is treated differently from other royal family members, a royal expert has slammed her as the "most difficult woman to satisfy."
"Frankly, Meghan is the most difficult woman to satisfy. She's got a load of millions, she wants billions – she's one of those people," said royal commentator Angela Levin in an interview with Sky Australia, per Express.
Levin also mentioned that Meghan's comparison of herself to Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, lacked merit. The Duchess of Sussex had earlier claimed that Ferguson easily got away with things that would have put her in trouble. Meanwhile, Levin countered with the notion that
Ferguson only began giving interviews and selling books after her divorce from Prince Andrew.
She added, "We have to remember, she's blaming Fergie, who was married to Prince Andrew, but the whole point of it was, she wasn't married to him any longer. In 1996, they divorced. So, the life for Fergie was going to be very difficult. And she (Meghan) didn't take that into consideration."
Meghan Markle Allegedly Told The Queen She No Longer Wants To Act
In the interview, Levin also claimed that Meghan refused to return to acting despite the late Queen Elizabeth being very much okay with her doing so.
"I absolutely don't. I want to give my whole self to the Royal Family," Levin claimed this was Meghan's reply, adding that it was "a rather large error on her part."
The royal expert also slammed Meghan's alleged recent antics, characterizing it as a desire for publicity and a display of a victim-like attitude.
She added, "It is ridiculous. I think it's Meghan trying to get publicity. Saying anything. And she does like to be a victim. We've seen that many times on television. Moans and groans. This is just another one."
Meghan Markle May Have Already Been Dealt a Major Career Blow in 2024
Last year, Meghan hinted at plans to release new projects with her husband during her appearance at the Variety Power Gala. She was also seen snapping pictures with high-profile women in the acting industry, which sparked rumors that she was making a comeback as a producer. This was followed by reports that she and her husband were looking forward to making 2024 their "year of redemption."
However, it seems that these plans may have suffered a significant setback, as royal commentator Angela Levin recently pointed out that Meghan might have fallen out of favor with her agent.
"Meghan's name is not on her new agent, William Morris's, website. Could she have been dropped quietly?" Levin wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, on January 3.
This tweet sparked a controversy, with numerous individuals concluding that the agency likely parted ways with Meghan. Some others said it wasn't the case, as Meghan's IMDB page still shows that the agency manages her.
Royal fans also slammed Levin for talking about Meghan and not Prince Andrew, who is in the spotlight again for his links with late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The Sussexes' Kids Might Be The Key To Ending Royal Feud
As for Meghan and her husband's long-running feud with the royal family, it is believed that their kids will be the key to mending the bridge.
Already, reports have swirled that the Sussexes plan on reuniting with King Charles this year. They had also had a call with the monarch on his 75th birthday, which was said to mark a turning point in their relationship.
According to journalist and royal expert Kinsey Schofield, Harry could smartly use his kids as leverage to guilt-trip King Charles into opening the royal doors.
If Harry did want a way back in, he could use the excuse that despite his personal beef with King Charles, he wants his children to have a relationship with their grandfather; it would be the perfect way back, wouldn't it?" Schofield said in an interview with GB News host Patrick Christys.
Schofield then responded, saying, "Well, don't forget, according to reports, when Prince Harry received the phone call that he was being evicted from Frogmore Cottage, he said to his father, 'Don't you want to see your grandkids anymore?'" She added, "So you are exactly right if there is a way in, Harry is already thinking about it."
