Brittany Mahomes Outed By Hotel Staff For Being ‘Genuinely Unpleasant’

A social media user is slamming Brittany Mahomes for being 'genuinely unpleasant' after she reportedly racked up a bill, but then left no tip.

Brittany, who is now married to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, left a sour taste in one individual's mouth as, according to the individual, she ran up a "tab of over $100" with her "whole posse" and left “zero tip."

“I don’t like her because she doesn’t tip restaurant staff,” Jessica O’Connor stated in her now-viral social media video.

O’Connor has worked in multiple positions, including serving and bartending, so she has a general idea of how tipping works and how disrespectful it can feel when you don't tip at all.

“I believe Brittany was in town to shop for her wedding dress and my first interaction with her, she ran up over $100 [in a] tab," O'Connor continued, adding, "She was with her whole posse," however, her now husband, Patrick, was not in attendance.

“Patrick was not there, but I believe their tab was well over $100, maybe like $130 — zero dollar tip," she said in the video.

“That happens sometimes, so I was willing to let the first one slide, and I’m like, ‘Maybe she just didn’t like me, maybe it was something I said,'” O’Connor continued in the video.

Brittany Mahomes and her friends spent nearly a week at 1 Hotel in West Hollywood, so O'Connor had interacted with her on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, the "zero tip" incident was not a one-thing thing.

“But they were there for almost a week and did not tip a single one of our staff. And not only did she tip, she was just genuinely unpleasant.”

O'Connor went on to add how she "totally understand[s] celebrities don’t owe you anything, especially when you’re out in public," but "as a public figure you should always go out thinking OK the people I interact with are clocking these interactions and are gonna remember this, and I will always remember that Brittany."

The social media user then went on to say she doesn't judge a book by its cover, but when it comes to people, their character says it all.

“I only judge people based off of their character," she said in the now-viral video, adding, "and I think one of the easiest ways to judge someone’s character is how they treat someone in a position lesser than them — and let’s just say, character assessed.”

Another social media user agreed in that celebrities don't owe you anything, "but it doesn’t matter who you are. You should be kind to everyone."

As one user chimed in by saying, "Celebs not tipping is outrageous when the rest of us are counting pennys and still giving a 20% tip."

The video has gained one million views since it was initially posted in November 2023.

Brittany Mahomes has yet to comment on the now-viral video.
