Meghan Markle is reportedly ready to clear the air on some issues following backlash over the recently released controversial memoir "Endgame," which depicted the royal family negatively.

The release of the book by author Omid Scobie caused outrage among the public. Royal expert Tom Bower has noted that the duchess wants nothing more than to have a say on the issues.

This comes after Scobie admittedly referred to Kate Middleton and King Charles III as "royal racists" in a Dutch version of the book. However, he denied mentioning the royals' names on purpose.

Royal expert Bower claimed that the former "Suits" star Meghan was "desperate" to respond to the ongoing controversy surrounding the newly released memoir "Endgame."

The book, like Harry's "Spare," points fingers at royals who allegedly behaved badly towards the duchess during her time at the palace. This included comments on her skin color, given her mixed background.

The royal expert told Closermagazine (per The Mirror) that Meghan was "bruised" by the responses to the memoir and wanted to clear the air. He then noted that she could write another memoir as a continuation of her husband's "Spare" to settle the case.

Bower said to the magazine, "She feels more and more bruised as the year goes on, Meghan is going to want to have her say. Whereas Scobie was a disaster, she's going to want to correct the impressions [that she collaborated on the book]."

Following the release of his book, Scobie cleared up misconceptions about partnering with Meghan and Harry for some details in the book. He explained to The Standard that he got enough intel from people close to the Duke and Duchess.

The author said, "There's enough people around them and in their orbit who know the ins and outs of things."

Scobie previously admitted that he intended to call out the King and the Princess of Wales as the "royal racists" he was referring to in a former draft of the book. However, changes were made upon giving the memoir to a Dutch publisher, Xander Uitgevers, to "reflect the final version of the book." This was backed by the publisher, who admitted that an error had revealed Kate and Charles' names.

Scobie subsequently denied ever intending to mention the names of any royals in the memoir. He said to BBC, "The book I wrote, the book I edited, the book I signed off on, did not have names in it."  The writer added that the version published in places like the Netherlands was not the "finished book."

In response to "Endgame," members of the Royal Family were reportedly upset and "United in outrage" as royal experts claimed they were tired of the exposure.

Meghan and Harry previously drew attention to King Charles and Kate, among other royals, during a tell-all session with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

The duo reflected on some actions of the royal family that inspired their decision to break away. While they remained silent about the names of the royals, the accusations were similar to the ones made in the "Endgame" memoir.

At the time, the public was confused as to who the duke and duchess referred to as the royals who held controversial views about Meghan's race and the skin color of her son, Prince Archie.

A royal expert revealed that Meghan was "seemingly" upset at King Charles for holding her and her husband, Prince Harry, to a "different" set of rules. Neil Sean noted in a video that Meghan demands answers from the King. She also feels like she's being treated differently from the other royals.

Sean explained that the Duke and Duchess are criticized more for publicly discussing royal issues than other royal family members. According to him, Meghan sent a letter to express her concerns and scheduled a meeting with King Charles.

The expert noted Sarah Ferguson as a royal family member who wasn't as scrutinized as Meghan and Harry.

He said, "The thing that really riles Meghan is that Fergie pops up on things like the ITV daytime show 'This Morning,' 'Loose Women' and billing herself as the Duchess of York, selling books and possibly doing adverts all under the Royal Family."
