'RHOA' Star Kandi Burruss Unloads Georgia Starter Home

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss has an extra $230,000 to blow after selling off one of her starter homes.
The reality star purchased the pad back in 2002 for $230,000. The 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom 2,901 sq. ft. home in East Point, Georgia features an extended deck for entertaining and only minutes from the airport … far from the fancy digs Kandi currently lives in.
Kandi listed the home back in June for $259,900, but it sat on the market for months. She finally found a buyer recently and unloaded it for $230,000 — much less than her original asking price.
The "Real Housewives" star hasn’t lived in the home for years, having bought a massive mansion in Atlanta for $503,000 back in 2012. The home — which is featured on the show — includes an indoor heated pool with bar and large guest home, elevator, five garages and many other amenities.
