According to a report, T.I. and his wife have been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman whom they allegedly met in a nightclub and ended up taking to their hotel, where they had a threesome with her.

The woman claims she was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles in or around 20o5. During that period, she and a friend went to a party at the late rapper Coolio's home.

Although T.I. and Tiny were not at the party, the alleged victim claimed she met a guy named "Caviar" and claimed to work for the couple. "Caviar" told Jane Doe that T.I. and Tiny would be at a nightclub where she and her friend went. They were also placed in the VIP section.

After leaving the club, the woman claims T.I. asked her to ride with him and his wife while her friend would join "Caviar," and they were all going to the same location.

According to the woman, two other women joined them in the SUV and followed them to the hotel. The two women allegedly later got kicked out by Tiny for being too flirty with T.I.

When the couple was alone with her, the alleged assault happened. The victim claims Tiny told her to join her in the bathroom. At this point, the woman claims she felt "lightheaded and dizzy."

On getting to the bathroom, Tiny allegedly took off both their clothes as an already nude T.I. joined them. All three proceeded to take a shower together, per the lawsuit.
