Kellie Pickler's Ex-Tour Bus Driver Demands Singer Be Ordered to Sit for Deposition Over His Firing

Kellie Pickler’s former tour bus driver is fighting with the singer over her deposition in his million-dollar lawsuit against the former "American Idol" star.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, David Pell has been trying unsuccessfully for months to get Pickler to sit for a second deposition. He claims her legal team has given him the runaround and he's wasted both time and money trying to make it happen.

In his most recent filing, Pell is asking the court to order Pickler to sit for another deposition.

Pell originally sued Pickler, her husband, her manager and her touring company in 2016 for defamation after he claimed they conspired to get him fired from two different jobs.

In the suit, Pell claimed Pickler accused him of stealing cash from her during a trip to Los Angeles when he was her driver. Pell claims Pickler never made the accusation to his face — he claims they even spent Thanksgiving together after the money went missing — but rather Pickler's manager made the claim to his employer and got him fired.

Not only that, Pell claims the manager made the same accusation of theft to his next employer and Pell got fired from that job as well.

Pell is seeking a million dollars in damages and the case is still ongoing.
