Lilly Ghalichi — who starred in two seasons of "Shahs of Sunset" — claims her former business partner screwed her over in several different ways and claims he took over $700,000 from her.

According to a lawsuit obtained by The Blast, Ghalichi says she entered into a business agreement with Payam Pedram to launch a website called WantMyLook.com (WML). Ghalichi says the two were 50/50 partners in the company, though they did not sign a formal partnership agreement.

The site launched in November 2013 and eventually WML outgrew its office space and moved into a bigger facility. Ghalichi claims Pedram convinced her to move her other business, Lilly Lashes, into the office as well.

Ghalichi claims Pedram constructed a scheme in order to have Lilly Lashes (which was 100% Ghalichi's company) pay all the shipping costs for WML. She says Pedram used her personal American Express card to pay for the costs and ran up a bill of $365,795.87.

Ghalichi says Pedram agreed to pay her back in weekly installments, but she says he stopped making the payments after she discovered additional fraud.

In addition to the shipping costs, Ghalichi claims Pedram forged her signature on $17,000 in checks, transferred $25,376.73 from her bank account, and took out loans in her name totaling $419,772.77.

Ghalichi claims Pedram failed to file the appropriate tax returns for WML and mismanaged the company to the point where the Better Business Bureau issued a formal warning to the public stating that WML does not respond to customer complaints or ship customers' orders.

In the lawsuit, Ghalichi claims the company has grossed $11,000,000 to date, but she hasn't gotten any salary or profit distribution.

Ghalichi is suing Pedram, WML and Pedram's brother — who she claims works at the bank where Pedram allegedly transferred money without her permission.

She is seeking her money back, plus unspecified damages.

Ghalichi tells The Blast, "I apologize to everyone who has had issues with WantMyLook. Please know that I do not have control of the company, but my lawyers and I are fighting to regain ownership and to make things right."

We reached out to Pedram for comment — so far, no word back.
