Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge Could Be Deposed in Brett Ratner Defamation Lawsuit

The woman Brett Ratner is suing for defamation after she claimed Ratner raped her over a decade ago could have a few very famous women on her side — Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Melanie Kohler — who claimed in a since-deleted Facebook post that Ratner raped her over 12 years ago — plans on taking a significant number of depositions in the case.

In the documents, Kohler's attorneys make reference to reports that Ratner "has had dozens of allegations similar to Defendant’s leveled against him."

While Munn and Henstridge are not mentioned by name in the documents, our sources say Kohler will be seeking to depose other accusers about their experiences with Ratner.

The Los Angeles Times published a damning article about Ratner in November, in which six women made claims of sexual harassment or misconduct. In the piece, Henstridge claims Ratner forced her to perform oral sex on him when she was 19 (Ratner denied the claim).

Munn wrote about an incident in 2010 where she claims Ratner masturbated in front of her in his trailer when she went to deliver a meal. Ratner denied those allegations as well.

Ratner has denied Kohler's allegations, and his lawyer, Marty Singer, said in a statement to "Good Morning America," "Brett Ratner vehemently denies the outrageous derogatory allegations that have been reported about him, and we are confident that his name will be cleared once the current media frenzy dies down and people can objectively evaluate the nature of these claims."
