A woman who was shot and injured during the Las Vegas shooting has filed a $2 million claim against the estate of the shooter, Stephen Paddock.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kelly Herrington says she was shot during the tragic October 1 event. She says she's incurred medical bills, loss of earnings, and suffered physical and mental pain as a result of the shooting.

She is seeking $2,000,000 from the estate.

Herrington's husband, Matthew, filed his own claims against the estate, saying he "witnessed the injuries" his wife sustained and "has been harmed and incurred damages." Herrington is asking for $250,000 from Paddock's estate.
