Colin Farrell's Parking Is Apparently as Rough as His Hair

Colin Farrell was not happy to get a parking ticket Wednesday afternoon, but probably should have been more upset at his barber for that hairdo.

The "Horrible Bosses" star seemingly tried to talk his way out of the ticket, but to no avail.

Perhaps he'll have better luck arguing his case at Fantastic Sam's.
