Fitness trainer Senada Greca has a delicious recipe for her millions of Instagram followers this holiday season.

The celebrity fitness trainer decided to gift her followers with a sweet treat this holiday season. Although she used a red silicone model to make holiday shapes like candy canes and gingerbread men, fans can use whatever molds they have on hand.

They can even use a Halloween-themed silicone mold to create a true nightmare before Christmas!

Celebrity fitness trainer Senada Greca took to Instagram on the winter solstice to share a new recipe with her followers which combined protein powder and chocolate to create a truly delicious culinary confection that is just a bit healthier than the ones found in stores around this time of year.

Although Senada's kitchen may be tiny, she walks her followers through a visual guide of how to create the recipe while rocking a new fit from her Zentoa apparel collection.

“Protein Snickers Holiday Ice Cream Treats. Sooo delicious. A must-try. So fun to make,” she wrote in the caption. “Please make these. So delicious and easy to make and you don’t have to have the molds. Simply prepare in a tray.” In addition to her video, Senada also wrote out the instructions for her recipe:

- melt 140g of dark chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil
- layer 1/2 of melted chocolate in the molds or in a tray
- in a bowl mix 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, with
- 120g in weight of chocolate protein powder or peanut butter chocolate protein powder. Adjust to create a runny consistency
- add the mix on top of the chocolate
- add whole or chopped peanuts
- add caramel sauce drizzle
- add the rest of the melted chocolate
- freeze till set. About 2-3 hours. If too frozen allow to thaw for 5-10 mins

What Do Fans Have To Say About Her Recipe?

Fans had a variety of reactions to Senada’s latest recipe. “Problem is, I will eat the whole batch at one time,” one fan confessed. “Honestly, I’d rather have eaten all of these than the tin of chocolate meant to be for Christmas,” another follower replied.

“Thanks for sharing this recipe… it will definitely help with my holiday sweet tooth,” a third fan chimed in. “Delicious and healthy,” Senada agreed.

“I’m making these immediately,” another follower shared. “Please do. They are so, so good,” Senada responded. “They look amazing. My sweet tooth is full of gratitude,” the follower replied.

“I absolutely adore you and your energy,” another fan shared. “So kind. Thank you lovely,” Senada wrote back. Although fans loved her recipe, another user compared trying to get the chocolates out of the mold to the umbrella game on Netflix's "Squid Game."

Senada Also Shares Workout Videos With Her Instagram Followers

It seems that everyone is trying to balance indulging in holiday treats and getting in shape for the new year. In addition to posting healthy recipes for her followers to try, Senada also posts plenty of workouts for her followers that feature a mix of dumbbells and machines.

“A strong lower body workout is a must to get that week started right. I know the holiday season can be tough, but make sure to make some time for movement. Prioritize self so you can be there for others,” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post. Each slide features a new exercise demonstration, from straddle sumo squats to hip thrusts. She does most exercises for 3 or 4 sets of 8-12 reps.

“Where do you come up with all of these exercises? Also, are you always changing or do you have a base routine and supplement it with some of these as you like?” one fan asked. “While the workouts seem different, they’re a derivative of the same basic movements. I like to change them slightly to keep things fun, interesting, and challenging,” Senada responded.
