Taylor Swift's Mystery Massive Ring -- Gift Giver Revealed!

The person behind Taylor Swift's massive new ring has been revealed. (Spoiler alert: It's not from her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as fans had initially thought!)

After examining photos of the new ring, which Swift wore on the middle finger of her right hand during her birthday bash last week, fans noticed that it featured an oversized white opal stone in the center with smaller blue gemstones, which appear to be London blue topazes, surrounding the exterior.

Opal and blue topaz both hold special meaning to Taylor Swift and opal, specifically, has a connection to Travis Kelce, leaving fans assured the new piece of jewelry is from her NFL star boyfriend -- however, it's not! It is from Swift's friend, Keleigh Sperry -- Miles Teller’s wife.

The pop icon celebrated her 34th birthday last week with a big birthday bash, alongside celebrities such as Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, and Miles Teller.

Although her look was full of glitz and glam, her massive new ring is what turned heads. Fans were convinced it was from Travis Kelce, but Swift's friend, Keleigh Sperry, wife of actor Miles Teller, who both attended Swift's party, squashed those rumors when she took to social media, telling fans that she was the one behind the gift.

“Love this ring I had made for my friend, she’s bejeweled,” she captioned an up-close photo of the new ring before calling out media outlets.

Although the cost of the ring has not yet been revealed, Mike Fried of The Diamond Pro claims it is worth over $175,000.

“The center stone on Taylor’s ring is massive and looks to be 15 carats. A high-quality opal of that size is incredibly rare, but not nearly as expensive as a diamond would be. I’d estimate it at around $175,000, if not more,” he told Page Six.

“Opal is said to represent hope and purity,” Bulinski told Page Six when speaking on the stones of Swift’s new ring, while blue topaz is “said to help channel your inner wisdom.”

Although Travis Kelce was not the one behind the gift, nor did he attend Taylor Swift’s birthday bash as he was prepping for his NFL game against the New England Patriots, the couple did eventually celebrate as the pop icon traveled to Boston to watch her boyfriend take the field.

The “Love Story” singer recently moved into Travis Kelce’s new $6M Kansas City mansion to spend the next few weeks alongside the NFL star.

It has been reported by Page Six that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will be spending the holidays together this year. The NFL star has games on both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, and Taylor Swift plans on being in the stands to cheer him on.

In 2016, Taylor Swift admitted that her favorite stone is an opal "because when I was bullied in school, my mom used to take me to T.J. Maxx after school to look at the opal jewelry,” Swift told US Weekly at the time.

“I thought opals were so beautiful, and somehow it made me feel better,” she continued, “We never bought them, just looked.”
