Freshman quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is now a legend for saving the Alabama Crimson Tide during the NCAA National Championship game against the Georgia Bulldogs, and it turns out chucking a pigskin is not his only talent.
One of the Bama coaches recently shared video of a team meeting in which Honolulu native Tagovailoa beautifully strummed a ukelele. Seriously, he’s really good.
The star QB credits his musical talent to his family, and that he grew up playing songs on the ukelele with his brothers and cousins. He also sang in his church choir.
Credit this kid with not only bringing home a championship … he may have just made the ukelele cool.
