Robyn Brown is hinting that she needs some time away from the cameras to navigate the complex dynamics of the family with her former "Sister Wives."
The star's cryptic statement comes amidst turmoil for the Brown family — Christine Brown's departure, Janelle Brown's growing independence, and Meri Brown's ongoing struggles with Kody Brown — have all taken their toll.
Robyn Brown Seeks Reconciliation With Sister Wives Away From The Cameras
The poignant revelation on the upcoming "Sister Wives: One-on-One special" showed the youngest and often controversial wife of Kody disclosing her yearning for an "off-camera moment" with her former sister wives, Christine, Janelle, and Meri.
She believed obtaining their permission was essential to move forward in her marriage to the family's patriarch. Despite the host Sukanya Krishnan assuring her of affirmations from her "Sister Wives," Brown emphasized that their sentiments had not been conveyed to her in private discussions.
"They haven't shared it with me off-camera," she insisted. In the exclusive sneak peek provided by ET, the tearful star expressed feeling "disrespectful" being the only remaining spouse experiencing happiness with Kody.
The polygamist's only remaining wife mentioned her need for an intimate conversation with the other women. She asserted, "I need an off-camera, to my face, because I don't know how. It feels like it's disrespectful to his kids. It feels disrespectful to the commitments that I made."

The mother-of-five emphasized her enduring commitment to her "Sister Wives" and Kody, stating, "My commitment to them, to their kids, to Kody about this family, it's not broken, and I don't know how to break it. I don't know how to be done with it."
Before Robyn's emotional admission, Janelle and Christine candidly discussed the state of their relationships with the polygamous family. In a firm stance, Christine declared her relationship with Meri as a thing of the past, asserting, "I'm not going to be friends with Meri. I'm not going to be close with her."
Despite this clear separation, she extended well wishes to the mother-of-one, saying, "I wish her the best; however, I hope that she finds what she's looking for. I know that she would like to have a romantic partner."
Christine also emphasized refusing to dwell on past issues and instead maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. Janelle echoed her sentiments, expressing no ill will towards Meri and hope for her happiness. While pointing out her priorities, which included her children, she noted:
"If I run into an event, it's not going to be mean or like we're not going to ignore each other we always say hi."
Regarding Robyn, Christine was unequivocal about not pursuing a relationship with her, citing a need to have people she trusts in her life. The mother-of-six voiced skepticism about Robyn's intentions, highlighting a lack of proof of a genuine desire for reconnection.
Similarly, Janelle revealed a lack of a deep connection with Robyn, describing their interaction as functional teamwork for the family's sake rather than a personal bond.
Robyn Brown Opened Up About The Unraveling Of The Family
Last month, The Blast noted that the TV personality broke her silence on the factors that led to the demise of her plural marriage.
According to Robyn, the journey toward the end began during the family's relocation to Las Vegas, where a significant shift occurred. The focus transitioned from marital relationships to the adult children leaving home.
"I think it started with when we were in Las Vegas. So their focuses started to shift to kids that have left home to go live their lives instead of focusing on their relationship with Kody," she recalled.
However, the geographical move alone was not the sole catalyst for the family's transformation. The reality TV star pointed to the disruptive force of the COVID-19 pandemic as a significant factor, creating what she described as the "perfect storm" of circumstances.
She noted that unity within the plural marriage began to crumble as the pandemic unfolded. Disagreements over crisis management arose, escalating into conflicts driven by the newfound independence of family members.
Robyn revealed, "We weren't as united, and everybody [was] disagreeing about how to handle it. And it became this fight, and people were so independent by that point."
