The woman accused of stalking Kris Jenner also allegedly hacked into the email account of one her daughters: Kourtney Kardashian.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jenner's alleged stalker, Christina Bankston, is seeking to have eight of the 15 counts against her dismissed. She argues the alleged crimes did not happen in Los Angeles County and legally she can’t be tried in the Central District Court just because it's convenient for the "celebrity complaining witnesses."

The motion includes new revelations accusing Bankston of allegedly hacking into Kourtney Kardashian’s AOL email account.

On June 11, 2014, the alleged hacker obtained the username, password and security answers for Kourtney’s AOL account and gained access. Bankston is accused of also impersonating Caitlyn Jenner and stealing text messages between Kris and Caitlyn.

Last year, Bankston was arrested on 15 counts in relation to hacking Jenner’s social media accounts, emails and sending her threatening texts. Prosecutors alleged Bankston harassed Jenner and other Kardashians between March and September 2014.

Bankston allegedly hacked into Kris’ Instagram account and posted disparaging remarks, including negative comments about "blacks." Prosecutors claimed Bankston even called into the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department in 2014, where she falsely told them about a suicide attempt at Kris’ home.
