UFC legend Royce Gracieis legally making sure he can tell his interesting life story -- on film -- and it's all spelled out in his divorce settlement.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Gracie and his ex-wife Marianne Cuttic settled their ongoing divorce that has been going on for years.
In the agreement, Gracie is being awarded all of the memorabilia related to his lengthy career as an MMA fighter, and any footage the family has of him fighting.
Gracie will be awarded his "life story, including but not limited to, any all rights to the film biography of his life currently in production," it reads. Plus, he is getting "any and all memorabilia, video and/or audio recordings/footage, images, and any other items related to his professional career."
Apparently, a few of the items are being held in storage and at his ex-wife's office.

As we reported, the former couple filed for divorce several years ago after being married since 1994. Over the years, they decided to dismiss their divorce but ultimately decided to split for good. The ex-couple shares four adult children.
Interestingly, the ownership of family photos and scrapbooks is spelled out in this divorce settlement. Marianne is to deliver his "scrapbook" within 60 days of signing the agreement -- and each of the parties' adult children "shall be awarded the original scrapbook prepared for each respective child."
The ex-couple will divide up photographs of their children together as a family, and Royce will be responsible for giving Marianne "digital copies" of all photos through 2017.
Royce will be keeping his 2013 Lincoln Navigator and stocks in Warner Bros., Comcast, and AT&T. Plus, the 'Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Network' and "all interesting in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu curricula" taught by him will stay in his name.
As for Mrs. Gracie, she will get a property in Spain, and keep her 2016 Ford Edge.
The family mansion in Palos Verdes, CA will be sold, and all profits will be split between the two of them. For the record, it is a $4 million estate.
Finally, Royce agreed to pay his ex-wife $4000 in spousal support for the next 10 years.
The couple agreed that money made on the house sale would go towards making sure their taxes were all paid. As we reported, the couple had tax issues in the past owing hundreds of thousands to the IRS in back taxes. According to Forbes, a settlement was struck "with the government over foreign bank account penalties."
The UFC legend is one of the most influential fighters in the world, popularizing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the world through MMA. Back in 2016, Gracie famously came out of retirement to face UFC rival Ken Shamrock at Bellator 149. Royce ultimately won the fight with a TKO victory.
