Christina and Tarek El Moussa to Share Custody of Their Two Children, Pay No Spousal Support

"Flip or Flop" stars Christina and Tarek El Moussa have finalized their divorce and privately hammered out a custody agreement that calls for a 50/50 split between them.

Sources close to the couple tell The Blast the two sides will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, 7-year-old Taylor and 2-year-old Brayden. We're told the kids will spend four days a week with Christina and three days with Tarek.

We're told neither side will pay the other spousal or child support.

As for property, our sources say Christina will keep the home in Yorba Linda and Tarek will hold onto a couple of rental properties the couple owns. To even it out, we're told Tarek will pay Christina a lump sum payment.

Tarek will also keep his yacht, a 2015 Sea Ray Sundancer 510 that he was dead set on holding onto.
