A video of a Disneyland guestscreaming at another guest for speaking Spanish in America is now going viral.
It all began as Eva Ramirez, who was visiting Disneyland Resort with her young son for his birthday, overheard a conversation between two Guests in the bathroom in the parking garage. She decided to confront the Guests after she heard race being brought up, which is when she began filming.
At the start of the clip, Ramirez is heard accusing the one guest, who is wearing a gray shirt in the video, of complaining about her being Spanish-speaking and the fact that she is Mexican. Ramirez asked the woman to repeat what she said and asked if she had a problem with people speaking Spanish.
The woman replied with, “Yeah because it’s America. It’s America. You don’t speak Spanish in America, an English-speaking country!” It is important to note that the United States of America does not have an official language.
Disney Guest Caught On Camera Spewing 'Racist' Comments
The woman in the gray shirt, who is now being deemed "racist" by many social media users, tried to bash Ramirez for "leaving" her child, who was just ten feet away. She also called Ramirez's actions “offensive” after she used the bathroom’s accessible stall when her friend, who is seen wearing a black shirt in the video, uses a wheelchair.
During the conversation, which was caught on video, the woman in the gray shirt was guarding the second woman’s wheelchair. The woman in the black shirt, who uses the wheelchair, eventually went to a different restroom stall, telling her friend that "it's not worth it."

Ramirez wrote in her Instagram caption, "I can’t believe it’s 2023, and we are knee-deep in hatred and bigotry, yet this person wasn’t even subtle nor hiding it."
"She screamed several racist remarks prior to me recording," Ramirez stated, before explaining that she confronted the woman in the bathroom. "I’m sorry you think that way. Not everyone that speaks Spanish is Mexican, but since you’re so proud, let me record you," she told the woman before flipping the camera on.
Disney Guest Calls Out Other Guest For Being 'Racist'
Ramirez went on to explain how the second woman, who utilized the wheelchair, agreed with everything the first woman (in the gray shirt) stated but remained quiet once the camera began rolling.
"Once she heard me say 'I’ll record' she stayed quiet," Ramirez explained in the caption. "You can’t educate, you can’t inform, you can only expose them."
"People can go about their day regardless of what language they hear one speak, but rather choose to be rude to a two-year-old and his Mother," she added. "The bigger restroom stalls at that location are also for mothers with children and clearly have no handicap signs. Of course, the immediate attempt to victimize themselves once they get caught in the act."

Ramirez did get Disneyland security involved, however, they informed Ramirez that they could not kick the Guests out of the park because it was "only a verbal confrontation and to avoid any lawsuits from the other party."
Ramirez then explained why she decided to share the video, stating that "Racism starts at home."
"People have access to several resources but still make the conscious choice to continue to be ignorant," she added. "Never thought I’d experience this and I thought I’d ignore someone like this, but in the presence of my son no one will scream at him nor me what language to speak in‼️"
One user, who claims to know the woman in the video, said that she has "always been like that."
"She was a grade above me, and I went to high school with her. She’s always been like that. It’s embarrassing and disgusting. We grew up in the same area and no one told her it was wrong… ever," the user wrote in the comments section of the viral video.
Another Disney Guest says they had a similar interaction with the Guests who were filmed. "The same lady in the wheelchair cussed out my wife for using the handicapped stall to fit the stroller with my baby in it, so my wife could use the restroom," they wrote in the comments section. "I want see a full ban for these folks," the user added.
Disney has yet to comment on the viral video.
