Kodak Black Wants Alleged Stolen Gun Dusted for His Fingerprints

Kodak Black is requesting that investigators break out the fingerprint dust and slather it on the alleged stolen firearm, and all the drugs, that were seized during the rapper's arrest.

Kodak appeared in a Florida court on Monday for a first appearance on his probation violation. We're told his attorney, Bradford Cohen, asked the judge for the investigating officers to dust all evidence for fingerprints because he's alleging some of the items found in the house do not belong to him.

As we previously reported, Kodak was living in house with other people when police raided the home following a visit for domestic disturbance. Kodak is adamant none of the marijuana, or the firearm belonged to him.

The judge has not yet ruled on his request, but he will remain behind bars until his next hearing on February 23.
