The house that Chester Bennington committed suicide in is now available for rent after the late singer's family put it on the market.
Talinda Bennington recently put the family's Palos Verdes Estate mansion up for rent, and is asking $8,800 per month.
According to the listing, the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom 3,956 sq. ft. home is surrounded by "mature trees and a wonderful yard for entertaining." It also features a remodeled gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pantry, built in desk and breakfast area and a kid's playhouse in the backyard.
The "Linkin Park" singer was at home by himself last July when he committed suicide by hanging and was later discovered by the housekeeper. His family was away on vacation in Arizona at the time.
The listing makes no mention of Bennington, who had purchased the home just before he died. His family has since moved into a new home.
