More recently, Kim Zolciak’s ex-husband’s lawyer went after Kroy Biermann for unpaid legal fees amid their messy divorce.

In the filing, the lawyer claimed that Kroy owes $801.01 in unpaid fees and services with the firm — and the amount can increase as there will be a monthly 1.5% interest rate on all amounts due until the firm is paid in full for legal services.

The two now live in the same house but in separate rooms, per a judge’s court order. Although they will be sleeping in different rooms, they do have access to common areas like the kitchen and living room as a shared space.
