Robyn Brown is suffering from the unexpected consequences of being the last woman standing in her plural marriage to Kody Brown!
The drama surrounding the dissolution of the polygamous union continues on TLC's "Sister Wives" series, with the only remaining wife sharing how her husband has changed amid his separation from Christine, Janelle, and Meri Brown.
Although the former wives previously accused Kody of favoring Robyn over them, the woman they once believed had the patriarch wrapped around her thumb seems to have lost her special touch. Could she be the next to leave?
Robyn Brown Talks Impact Of Kody's Divorces On Their Marriage
Sunday's episode of "Sister Wives: One-on-One Special" took a surprising turn with Robyn's emotional interview with Sukanya Krishnan. Viewers are used to watching the other ex-wives discuss their crumbling relationship with Kody, but the mother of five joined their camp to call out her husband's unsavory behavior.
According to the 45-year-old, losing three wives back-to-back has affected her beau emotionally. Instead of leaning on her during this challenging period, she noted he pushed her away because of his newly developed suspicions about women. In Robyn's words:
"His suspiciousness is about women in general. When you go through a divorce, you're afraid that every other… like as a woman, you're afraid another guy is going to be like the guy you just divorced. So you're careful, you're cautious, you're suspicious. So that's what he's going through."
The reality TV star stressed that she works "really hard to constantly get him to remember and realize that not all women are bad." However, Kody's suspicious nature has become a problem in their marriage, one Robyn finds unfair.
The entertainer recalled a conversation with her husband, claiming she told him, "'I feel like you're lining up all the women. I'm there with them, and you're [imitates a machine gun], you know, shooting them all down.'"
Robyn then tearfully explained, "'And that's not fair because just because you're having some issues with other women in your life or a woman or whatever, doesn't mean that we're all bad.'" She also noted she frequently has to stop Kody from trying to ruin their marriage with his tumultuous emotions.
"I have to stop him all the time. He picks fights with me [over] dumb things," the TLC star lamented, noting the couple's disagreements stemmed from their contrasting reactions to the "bomb that went off in our family."
Robyn insisted she was "in a major place of mourning," but Kody did not share similar sentiments, claiming, "he's angry and he doesn't want to." Despite their rocky dynamic, the patriarch accepted responsibility for his faults, confessing that his anger and embarrassment sabotaged his relationship.
"I wanted to punish myself. I thought of myself leaving Robyn and having another lover and looking at this lover and going, 'I don't love you. I'm in love with another woman. I'm in love with a woman that I left because I was too much a piece of s— to manage the relationship,'" Kody explained.
"My anger was a turnoff. It was scary. And the dumb thing is, because I'm so honest, I just, I share everything with her," he continued, noting he hurt Robyn with the brutal truth about his thoughts. Kody said:
"So I shared stuff with her that was heartbreaking. I was like, 'I've been thinking like this.' You can only imagine how terrible that was. You know, there are some things in a man's mind that should never be expressed."
Kody Got Worried About Robyn's Joke About Leaving Him

Last month, Robyn Brown raised concerns about her marriage to Kody following a terrible joke about leaving him. In the "Sister Wives" episode, the last remaining wife and ex-wife, Meri, joined the patriarch to discuss the distribution of the family's land on Coyote Pass.
During the conversation, the mother-of-five said, "The other thing is that you never know if Kody and I are going to stay together." Meri got her joke, laughing before adding:
"I mean, you never know what's going to happen another 22 years down the road."
However, their sense of humor fell flat on Kody, whose demeanor visibly changed when Robyn noticed. "That was a bad joke, Kody, sorry, sorry," the TV personality chimed, hoping to diffuse the tension. Unfortunately, her husband seemed unimpressed as he retorted, "I'm trying to think of a comeback."
Finally realizing the gravity of her words, Robyn repeatedly apologized. Later, in a confessional, the 45-year-old clarified that she never meant to hurt the polygamist with her words but made the joke based on the unfair splitting of the family's Coyote Pass property.
"I'm not saying that Kody and I are going to really split up, but I mean, it's just like I deserve my fourth, too, is what my point is," Robyn explained. "Not to be counted with Kody. I actually get tired of that, to constantly, always be counted on Kody."
