Billie Eilish has been granted a five-year restraining order against an obsessed fan, who has been stalking the singer.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, the musician appeared in a Los Angeles County Court and testified on how terrible the situation was with this person. The man, who we are choosing not to name, was not present at the hearing.

The judge listened to the testimony, reviewed the evidence, and decided to issue a civil harassment restraining order to Eilish.

This comes just one month after the "Bad Guy" singer was also granted a temporary restraining order against a shirtless man, who was recently caught sneaking around outside Eilish's Los Angeles home.

In her declaration, Eilish stated that a 53-year-old man has sent hundreds of messages on social media to her and her family, as well as family friend, Zoe Donahoe, for over two months. The messages contained "disturbing professions of love to me and other disturbing, violent threats against my brother Finneas Baird O’Connell," according to the documents.

The singer says due to the messages, she has suffered substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress over her personal safety and the safety of her family and friends.

She also hired a 24-hour security detail due to the threats to her safety.

The "Bad Guy" singer wrote a letter to the judge, explaining that "unless restrained, I fear (he) will go to greater lengths to contact me or act on his violent threats against Finneas and Zoe. I am concerned that he is also aware of where Finneas and Zoe live and that if he is not restrained he will continue his pattern of harassment against all of us, act on his threats, and go to even more extreme lengths to act upon his wild fantasies."

Eilish has now been granted a five-year restraining order, and he must ease any contact with the singer and her family and must stay at least 100 yards away from her, her family, and Donahoe.

One of the messages from him stated that if Eilish didn't arrive at his residence "soon" he would take L.A. Metro to hurt her brother and his friends. The other DMs on social media detailed extreme threats of violence against Eilish's brother, Finneas O’Connell, as well as vague threats of violence.

One message stated, “I’m sorry for what’s going to happen to your brother dude I tried you know what I’m saying I really did try…”

The most recent message Billie Eilish received was on November 4 around 2:10 a.m.

"I received a notification that someone was outside my residence and had rung the intercom bell several times," Eilish explained when asking for a restraining order.

Adding, "I was able to view a camera capturing the outside of my home, which showed the individual wandering around in front of the driveway gate of my residence, speaking into his phone, and eventually sitting down in front of the gate of my residence."

"I'm hunting your brother and his friend," it read. He also allegedly left Eilish a voicemail in which he reportedly professed his love for her and then threatened to kill her brother and Elon Musk.

It's an important step because the person can now be arrested anytime they contact the singer or her family.
