The woman accused of stalking Kris Jenner will undergo a mental competency test to determine if she is fit to stand trial.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the prosecutors in the case believe "there is reasonable cause to believe" that Christina Bankston "may be presently suffering from a mental disease or defect rendering her mentally incompetent to the extent that she is unable to understand the nature and consequences of the proceedings against her or to assist properly in her defense."

Last year, Bankston was arrested on 15 counts related to hacking Jenner’s social media accounts, emails and sending her threatening texts.

Prosecutors allege Bankston harassed Jenner and other Kardashians between March and September 2014. Allegedly, she also obtained the username, password and security answers and used it to hack into Kourtney Kardashian’s AOL account.

Lawyers for Bankston agreed to the mental competency test and the trial date will be moved to March to allow the doctor to complete the exam and submit his report.
