On Wednesday afternoon, the popular OnlyFans model stepped out for noodles for a “date night” but began her Instagram post with a few shots of her posing in the aisle of a grocery store. She is wearing a thin white crop top underneath a jacket that shows off her flat stomach and her new chest. Sami shared several photos from her night while fans gave their opinion on her new appearance in the comments.
“Whyyyyyyyy would she do that?” one fan asked. “Why not?” another follower shot back. “There was no need. She was pretty af,” the first fan replied. “It doesn’t matter. In the end, it always comes down to being comfortable with yourself,” the other follower responded. Another fan called her “SO hot” while another follower told her that she looks “beautiful.” Another fan joked, “New boobs. Who dis?”
Sami Reveals Her New Cup Size!
Shortly after her surgery, Sami took to TikTok to break down the timeline of her surgery, beginning with her consultation in February 2022. She revealed that she had chosen to get a 350 CC and, after trying them underneath her shirt, decided that it “looks good.” She said, “Now I have to wait 8 months till my surgery,” adding that the doctor that she had chosen to perform the surgery had a very long waitlist.
On Wednesday, November 15, at 6 AM, Sami was photographed in the passenger’s seat of the car while being driven to the surgery center. She said that the months “went by so fast” and explained that she was actually twenty minutes late to her surgery because she was having a “panic attack” that morning.
Regardless, she went through with the surgery and shared a photo of her “new rack” to her Instagram Stories, which featured her posing in a green hospital gown, a blue shower cap, and Ugg boots. She is also wearing glasses for this mirror selfie, as she likely had to take her contacts out during the surgery.
The final photos of her TikTok video show her resting at home in bed in pink pajamas. They are unbuttoned at the top, leaving a white strip across her chest. There is also a gauze bandage that can be seen on the back of the hand from where the IV was placed. “Back home now,” she wrote over the photo. “Super happy & loving whatever they put in my IV.”
In the caption, Sami wrote, “I finally did it!!! Could not be happier omg” along with the hashtags #plasticsurgery, #surgeryday, #surgery, #fyp, and #yay. Many fans bid her “Congratulations” and expressed their hope for a healthy and speedy recovery.
Many fans were very supportive of Sami’s decision to get plastic surgery. “I wanna do it so bad but the anesthesia scares me so much,” one follower admitted. Sami replied, “Girl I was TERRIFIED. I had a 30 min panic attack and refused to get in the car & then finally went and then they gave me versed which took away all my anxiety & made me feel sooooooo good and then next thing I know I wake up in the recovery room. It was honestly so nice. I miss it lol.”
Denise Richards Did NOT Want Her Daughter To Get Plastic Surgery
In an October 2023 interview with Bustle, Sami revealed that she wanted breast implants ever since she was ten years old. “I was 10 years old and like, ‘I can’t wait to have big boobs like my mom,’” Sami recalled. “All my friends were getting boobs, and I was just like, ‘OK, when’s it my turn?’ I would always stuff my bra with socks and stuff.”
Although Denise Richards supported her daughter’s decision to join OnlyFans when she was 18, she did not support Sami’s decision to get breast implants, although she admitted that she also had a small chest before she had work done. “I was made fun of as a teenager [because my boobs] were mosquito bites. I got them done at the same age Sami is wanting to get them done,” she said, adding that she had plans to get them removed eventually.
“I’m trying to talk her out of it because, and the reason why I’m getting them out, is I didn’t know how toxic [they are] when I was 19,” Denise added. “And it’s not an easy surgery. It’s painful!”
