Anna Kendrick In Thigh-Skimming Minidress Announces She 'Grew 10 Inches'

Anna Kendrick can always be relied on to inject major humor into her social media posts. The Pitch Perfect star put her perfect legs on display towards the start of the global pandemic, posting to Instagram in a leggy minidress and also joking about having grown in lockdown.

Looking drop-dead gorgeous in her shimmery dress, Anna sizzled as she added in high heels, and it looks like she'd grown a full ten inches! Striking a glam pose while on hardwood floors and in quarantine, Anna wowed in her thigh-skimming number, one showing off her slender figure to full effect. Fans are going nuts and have left the star over 700,000 likes.

Looking red carpet-ready, the Alice, Darling star stared confidently down the lens of the camera while rocking her hair in a stylish chignon bun. Allowing loose strands to frame her face, Anna puckered up with a red lip, also accentuating her features via dark eye makeup.

It's all in the heels with this girl. Adding height to her pint-sized frame, Anna accessorized her dress with a black platform pair of strappy heels, opting for a classic shade of black. Her footwear also echoed pops of black on hanging shoulder bows on her dress.

In a humorous caption, Anna wrote: "I’m pleased to announce that during quarantine I grew ten inches and am now officially A Tall™️. (It’s not the camera angle or the shoes. I will not be taking questions.) Sincerely, A Tall."

"Oh my!" one fan replied. Another, meanwhile, replied: "Ya Killin Me!!!" Fans will have spotted that the dress was the one Anna wore for the 2021 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. Designer Carolina Herrera was behind the gorgeous dress. Sharing a photo of herself holding a mic while attending the event on Instagram, Anna told fans:

"I put on heels for the first time in a year! I went somewhere! I was super awkward with everyone I interacted with! But hey, I won a Kids Choice Award! Thanks KIDS."

By the fall of 2021, Anna was traveling again. Hitting up a tropical destination, the actress headed out for a relaxed bicycle ride while in a skimpy pink bikini top and matching miniskirt.

Posing from a greenery-wrapped road, Anna straddled the bicycle, writing: "Moments before riding (crashing) a bike for the first time since I was 11."

The pandemic brought lockdown for Anna, but it also offered up new info for fans.

"I'm trying to have a sense of play," Anna told Shape. "A lot of my life over the last decade has been work, recover, work, recover. That doesn't leave much room for anything else. That's the mindset and the reality for a lot of people. You work and then recover so you can work some more. Putting some fun and silliness into my life is one of my goals."
