'Selling Sunset'star Bre Tiesi tragically suffered a miscarriage after a serious car accident that caused her significant injuries.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Tiesi is opening up about just how serious the situation was including the "loss of her unborn child."
As we reported, Tiesi sued the other driver for a car crash that happened on July 30, 2021, in Burbank, CA. In the lawsuit, Bre says the woman "operated their vehicle negligently and carelessly, proximately causing property damage and personal injury."
But, in a new filing in the case, Bre says the situation was so bad she "sustained serious injuries and damages, including but not limited to physical injuries, loss of an unborn child, costs of past and future medical treatment of such injuries, pain and suffering, and other consequential damages."
The reality star claims she was rear-ended on Burbank Blvd. near the Warner Bros. Studios lot. The other driver confirms it was a rear-end accident where the car sustained "heavy frontal damages." In the filing, Tiesi says the person, "failed to operate their vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."
Plus, the other driver acknowledges Tiesi is claiming she had an "alleged miscarriage" following the accident.

It should be noted, that it's unclear if Bre Tiesi was already with the father of her child, Nick Cannon, at the time. At this point, the father of the unborn child isn't mentioned in the lawsuit.
Just a few months after the accident, in January 2022, the couple announced they were pregnant with their first child together. According to Tiesi, the two had been off and on for years, saying, "I always came back. I just respect and love who he is so much as a person, that when I thought about, ‘Do I want my son to be this person? Look at your characteristics, look at your personality, look at how you treat people.’ That’s what is so much more important to me than anything. And he treats me amazing, so that’s all I look at."
At this point, no other details are given about hospitalization or possible damages the 'Selling Sunset' star is looking to collect in this case.
As we reported, Tiesi was spotted after the accident driving a brand-new Lamborghini SUV in Hollywood. At the time, Nick Cannon took credit for the uber-expensive car saying, “‘Nope! The Government doesn’t have to tell us to pay Child Support… WE PAY LAMBO SUPPORT !!'” Adding, “‘My Money is Their Money! Just accept it, We different over here!!."
Nick’s comments came about five months after he became the father of his 12th child with model Alyssa Scott.
Bre and Nick share a son named Legendary. As you know, he shares two children with Mariah Carey too.
The case is ongoing.
