In the months before welcoming her son Rocky Thirteen Barker, the stomach-baring pictures continued, with Kourtney incorporating it into her fashion, to her daughter’s dismay.

The 11-year-old's endurance of her mother's baby bump era reached a breaking point on the first night of Blink-182’s San Diego tour stop. Penelope, Kourtney, Kris Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian attended the event to support Barker.

The moment, captured in the latest episode of Hulu’s “The Kardashians” series, showed Kourtney flaunting her baby bump in a tracksuit. Kris and Khloe noted her “stomach’s out” as Barker joined them on the bus tour.

However, when the adults made no effort to stop the TV personality from showing off her baby bump, Penelope took matters into her own hands. The pre-teen could be heard berating her mother in the background, saying: “Mom, please,” presumably with an eye roll to match her exasperated tone.

Khloé jumped in to support her niece, telling Kourtney, “She [Penelope] doesn’t like that your belly’s out.” In response, the Poosh founder asked her daughter if she should zip up her tracksuit to cover her baby bump, and the 11-year-old fired back, “You’re so braggy with your stomach.”

The Good American co-founder agreed with her niece, stating that Kourtney “loves being pregnant.” However, Barker needed clarity on his step-daughter’s feelings and asked if his wife’s baby bump exposure was “too much.”

Clearing the air, Penelope declared she did not mind her mother's baby bump fashion, but she was tired of Kourtney flaunting her pregnancy for a bizarre reason. In the 11-year-old's words, “No, she just shows it every single morning.”

Well, the pre-teen's uncomfortable mornings are finally over as her mother and stepdad welcomed their son, Rocky, at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The couple's precious bundle of joy arrived in the first week of November in a luxury deluxe birthing suite.

According to insiders, the hospital's maternity rooms feature “a patient room and an adjacent sitting room, and come with a luxury en suite, bath robes, recessed lighting, flat-screen TVs, hardwood floors and access to salon services such as haircuts, manicures, and pedicures.”

If celebrities, like the Kravis couple wished for more luxury, they could drop a few more dollars to get a “three-bedroom and two-bathroom suite.” Some of these suites even have their own bathtubs and come with interior designs rivaling 5-star hotels.

The suites catered to its residents’ every need with meals and amenities like those in popular restaurants. Both parents are given three meals daily, which can be vegetarian or non-vegan.

Weeks after Rocky's luxurious arrival, the newest addition to the family's birth certificate was released. The document revealed his official name as Rocky Thirteen Barker and listed his birthday as November 1, 2023.

The birth certificate confirmed Kourtney's OB/GYN as Kathleen Valenton, a professional who previously commented on the entertainer's sister Kim Kardashian’s pre-eclampsia. However, it was uncertain if the medical practitioner had helped the KarJenner family welcome any other children. 

As stated, the proud mother welcomed her fourth child in a luxury deluxe suite at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. The famous hospital has received many of the reality TV family's children, with Kim giving birth to her daughter, North, and son, Saint, in the same wing.

Kourtney's younger brother, Rob Kardashian, also welcomed his daughter with ex-lover Blac Chyna at the hospital. Similarly, beauty mogul Kylie Jenner gave birth in the luxury suite alongside other celebrities like Beyoncé. Many famous faces chose to patronize the hospital not for its luxuries, but for the privacy it offered.

Celebrities are usually checked in under a different name to protect their identities and enter through the medical center's back door to avoid the prying eyes of the paparazzi. Although the hospital is rumored to have tunnels, a spokesperson for the establishment has denied these claims.
