Heidi Klum, Daughter Leni Klum Team Up For Christmas Lingerie Campaign

Model Heidi Klum and her daughter Leni Klum are teaming up for a brand new Christmas-themed Intimissimi campaign.

The mother-and-daughter duo did face backlash the first time they modeled for the Italian lingerie brand, but they received a warmer reception after they were splashed across billboards in Germany to promote the new campaign this summer.

On Tuesday morning, the two took to Instagram to reveal that they were taking part in a brand new campaign just in time for the holiday season!

On Tuesday morning, the “America’s Got Talent” judge took to Instagram to share a fun ad that featured her and her 19-year-old daughter getting into the spirit of the season. Both mother and daughter were wearing red lingerie along with satin red robes and red lipstick. The two play with red presents, stack boxes, and play with long red ribbons.

“Oh Tannenbaum, oh Tannenbaum….I love our new @intimissimiofficial xmas campaign that is out now! @leniklum,” Heidi wrote in the caption. “Get yourself something special for the season. You can find the campaign styles and many more beautiful looks now online and in all @intimissimiofficial stores.”

She also repeated her message in German, writing, “Oh Tannenbaum, oh Tannenbaum….ich liebe unsere neue @intimissimiofficial Weinachtskampagne! @leniklum Entdecke jetzt alle Kampagnen Looks und viele weitere, schöne Styles online und in allen @intimissimiofficial Geschäften.”

At the same time Heidi posted a video, Leni posted a few photos that featured her posing in a lacy red lingerie set with a giant bow held up over her head. Fans who swipe through the carousel will also see her wearing a lacy black two-piece lingerie set, as well as her and her famous mother posing together in red lingerie.

Find the campaign styles and many more online and in all @intimissimiofficial stores NOW!!” she wrote in the caption before repeating her message in German: “Die neue @intimissimiofficial Weihnachtskampagne mit mir und @Heidiklum ist jetzt draußen! On October 10, Leni took to Instagram again to share a photo of her posing with her mother. Leni is wearing a lacy pink lingerie set while Heidi is wearing white. In the second shot, Leni is wearing a black lingerie set, while she adds a colorful robe to her ensemble in the third.

“The new @intimissimiofficial campaign is out now! The collection is now available in all Intimissimi stores!” she wrote in the caption. “Die neue @intimissimiofficial-Kampagne ist jetzt erhältlich! Die Kollektion ist ab sofort in allen Intimissimi-Filialen erhältlich!”

Although Heidi disables comments on her Instagram posts, Leni allows comments on hers. Her October promotion garnered considerable backlash from fans who felt that she was photoshopped too heavily. “She looks like a child… really weird photo. Find a different career,” one netizen commented.

“This is weird on so many levels,” another user chimed in. “Why did they retouch you like plastic dolls? so not 2023,” a third netizen agreed. “The second picture, the eye, why did they edit hair over it?” another follower asked. No one seemed to be able to come up with a clear answer, but one user did write, “Lol. Photoshopped af.”

Even though Leni might have received backlash for the ad, she revealed that she does not let it bother her. In an October 2022 interview with People magazine, Leni revealed that they had "such a fun day" filming together.

“My mom and I are just completely comfortable around each other and we were dancing around the whole day. That was what we had to do, and we do that anyway, so it just fit right," she said at the time. "It was just such a fun day.”
