Diddy's lawyers are probably working round the clock now that the alleged sexual assaultaccusations keep rolling in.

In a new twist, the 2023 Soul Train Music Awards nominee has been slammed with another lawsuit, the third alleged sexual assault, with an anonymous plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe. The woman, filing her complaint under the Adult Survivors Act, alleges that Diddy drugged and raped her in the early 1990s when she was a college student.

Diddy Hit With Third Lawsuit Accusing Him Of Sexual AssaultĀ

The lawsuit claims that after meeting Diddy at a record event, the woman and her friend were taken to singer-songwriter Aaron Hall's apartment, where she was offered more alcohol and then coerced into having sex with the rapper.

Despite the trauma she felt from the incident, she was further assaulted by Hall who allegedly came in, pinned her down on the bed she was laying on, and raped her.

She asserts her friend was also sexually assaulted by both men. A few days later, the Bad Boy Records founder, whose real name is Sean Love Combs, went to the woman's home and became furious. The legal documents read:

"He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe's friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them."

The lawsuit, filed in New York, asserts that Jane Doe sought medical attention and confided in her family and friends about the incident.

As for the second lawsuit, which was also filed on Thursday in the New York Supreme Court, Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged that Diddy "drugged, sexually assaulted, and abused" her.

Additionally, she accused the record producer of creating and distributing "revenge porn." On that, one representative disclosed:

"This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson's 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more."

These complaints against Diddy follow his ex-girlfriend Cassie filing a lawsuit against him last week. Cassie made various allegations including rape, sexual assault, and human trafficking.

Even though the case was settled the day after it was filed, with the settlement amount remaining undisclosed, it certainly encouraged others to step forward with their own legal actions against the record executive.

Meanwhile, Cassie, who filed the lawsuit under her legal name, Casandra Ventura, had a relationship with the prominent hip-hop producer for approximately 11 years before their split in 2018.

The court documents were obtained by TMZ.

Going into the details of the settlement between the former couple, a statement from the "Long Way 2 Go" singer's lawyers revealed:

"This evening, Ms. Ventura and Mr. Combs resolved the claims that she filed against him yesterday in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to their mutual satisfaction."

The lyrical queen's lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, added, "I am very proud of Ms. Ventura for having the strength to go public with her lawsuit.  She ought to be commended for doing so."

Cassie, who has since gotten married to fitness trainer Alex Fine, also spoke up on the matter, stating, "I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control.  I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support."

Surprisingly, the settlement featured a statement from Diddy, expressing, "We have chosen to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love."

Per The Blast, the decision to settle out of court likely became simpler after reports surfaced that the New York Police Department [NYPD] had begun looking into a criminal case against the "A Raisin Sun" actor.

However, it is worth noting that the law enforcement agency later retracted the statement, citing an error in confirmation by their public information office. The NYPD retraction statement read:

"Yesterday, a member of the NYPD's public information office erroneously told a reporter about the apparent existence of an active case file containing the name 'Sean Combs.' There is no such investigation, at present. Further, the release of such information is not consistent with the internal policies of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information."
