Audrina Patridge is accusing her estranged husband Corey Bohan of removing personal videos and photos from their home without permission.
On February 16, the former "Hills" star went to court demanding the judge order Bohan to turn over documents, videos and photos she claims he took from the home they once shared.
She wants him to produce copies of his financial documents related to his income, bank statements in the U.S. and Australia, and documents related to his deal with Red Bull, which she claims he has refused to, so far.
From the beginning of their divorce, Patridge has been worried Bohan may take their one-year-old daughter to his home country of Australia, and also wants to make sure she has a copy of his passport.
Patridge also claims Bohan went through her laptop computer and took documents and videos, and she wants copies of everything he may have been privy to. She's previously claimed Bohan also stole her wedding ring.
The former reality star is still gunning for a permanent domestic violence restraining order, along with child custody and support. She wants Bohan to hand over evidence of all their communication, claiming it could be relevant to the domestic violence accusations she has made against the pro BMX rider.
Lastly, she wants to know who her ex is currently living with, as she says it is important that she knows who their daughter is around while in Bohan's custody.
Patridge wants Bohan to comply with all her demands, and also wants a judge to sanction him $4,030 for refusing to produce the documents she's requested.
