Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann's Child Calls Police On Them During Domestic Dispute

Reality TV stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann found themselves at the center of a heated domestic dispute that resulted in their child reportedly dialing emergency services on them. 

As they navigate their divorce proceedings, the estranged couple have had the cops visit them on several occasions, including when Zolciak accused Biermann of locking her out of their bedroom.

The pair sheathed their swords recently to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary. It comes after Biermann filed for divorce from her amid their financial struggles.

The incident unfolded on Monday night at their upscale Georgia home as the pair engaged in a heated fight, although the cause of the dispute is not known. 

According to reports, the heated argument escalated into a full-blown confrontation, prompting one of their children to take immediate action and contact law enforcement.

Local authorities responded promptly as three officers and a supervisor arrived at their residence to assess the situation and try to de-escalate things. Cops succeeded in calming things down with reports saying the fight was "extremely loud."

The incident is not the first time their home has been visited by the authorities, as Zolciak once called the cops and accused her husband of locking her out of their bedroom. Another time, she did the same and told the officers that she didn't feel safe at home.

It comes after the "Don't be Tardy" stars surprised fans as they celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary with a seemingly amicable dinner, despite their marriage being in jeopardy due to the ongoing divorce.

As reported by The Blast, the couple dined at an Italian joint in nearby Smyrna, GA, where they were spotted enjoying each other's company and made a stop at one of Morgan Wallen's shows in Atlanta. 

The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star took to her IG account to share moments of their time on the date.

From the snap, the estranged couple had a mini buffet of food in front of them and a fair amount of drinks, which they partook in with the restaurant staff. The duo put their financial and marital troubles behind them for the night, as Zolciak noted that the food was good.

Last month, a court issued an order requiring the couple to maintain physical distance within their residence as they prepare to sell their sprawling Georgia home, per TMZ. 

According to court documents, Biermann was granted the primary bedroom, while Zolciak got the basement and nanny suite.

Under the terms of the order, "Neither party shall enter the other party's individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission." Still, they will be allowed to share common areas like the kitchen and living room.

The duo were also not allowed to "disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children." Each party cannot listen in secretly on the other when they are with the kids and cannot use them as messengers between themselves.

The court's intervention comes amid the strained relationship between the reality TV couple in an attempt to maintain the peace in their home as they go through their divorce proceedings.

The former NFL player filed for divorce from his reality TV star wife in August after engaging in fights behind closed doors because of their money problems.

They appeared to be working on their differences after they withdrew their initial filing for divorce in July. However, a particular fight they had at the time threw Biermann overboard, and he headed straight to court to file for a divorce a second time.

According to an insider who spoke to TMZ, Biermann and Zolciak had been fighting in private, and things quickly escalated and became "nasty." Their financial strain is alleged to have taken a toll on their relationship as they have been arguing over money issues, blaming each other for their financial woes.

"They've gotten ridiculously petty over who hasn't paid bills. They're counting down to pennies," the source added.
