Christina Aguilera went angelic in white for her 2022 bikini snaps, but the "blasphemous" nature of her swimwear quickly made headlines. In August of last year, the Grammy winner posed for a series of terrace-set snaps as she showed off her figure and sunbathed, and media outlets were quick to pick up on the Holy Trinity bikini on show. Xtina exuded confidence as she flaunted her killer curves, also using her caption to quote a famous lyric of hers. While fans left the "Beautiful" hitmaker with over 200,000 likes, eyebrows were raised.

Looking better than ever at 41, Christina posed from a sundrenched terrace while enjoying a vacation in Spain.

The L.A.-based star opened her trio of Instagram snaps in the shade and backed by cascading flowers and greenery. Catching the eye with a cleavage flash, Christina modeled a skimpy, plunging bikini in white. On the left side, "Père" was written in black text.

Meanwhile, the right chest read: "Fils." The two translate as "father" and "son" from the French. Meanwhile, "Saint Esprit," which translates as Holy Spirit, was written on the bottom. Also known to have worn this bikini is TikTok star Addison Rae.

Placing one hand to her head as her long blonde hair blew around in the breeze, Christina showed off her flat stomach and arm tattoo, also accessorizing her swimwear via an open white shirt in lightweight linen. Sending out direct eye contact, the mom of two completed her look via a long silver manicure, plus warming makeup complete with rosy cheek blush.

In a swipe right, Xtina upped the ante as she struck a leggy pose from a white lounger. Soaking up the sun, the singer added in a glam pair of dark shades as she showed off more of her famous figure and showcased a sexy red pedicure.

In the final snap, Christina stood on the terrace as she put one leg forward and showed her shirt to be oversized. "Loving me for me," she wrote.

The response proved mixed. While some fans sent the bombshell fire emoji, others deemed the Holy Trinity mention inappropriate given the swimwear attire. "Nah this disrespectful to Jesus. Sad what y'all do for money," one said. "This is not okay! BLASPHEMY!" another wrote.

Women's Health even deemed the bikini "blasphemous" as it covered Christina's sizzling photos. One follower appeared to agree with those criticizing Christina as they replied: "Just lost all my respect! How disrespectful towards Christians."

Christina might be 40+, but the star is killing it as she embraces her age and looks way younger than her years.

She recently posed in a figure-hugging, low-cut dress in gold, adding in an off-the-shoulder coat in black satins while hosting a Climate Reality Project event.
