Love is never a straightforward journey, especially in the polygamous world of "Sister Wives," and Robyn Brown seems to be stirring the pot once again to the dismay of Kody Brown!

The enigmatic wife raised eyebrows with a jest about the prospect of parting ways with her husband. Her comment was received with worry, especially against the backdrop of marital upheavals in the family, with Christine's divorce, Janelle's separation, and Meri's final decision to end her marriage to Kody.

Robyn Brown Worries Kody Brown With Keeping Options Open Comment

In the dramatic conclusion of Sunday's TLC's "Sister Wives" finale, Robyn took a gamble with humor that Kody did not find amusing. The famous family's fourth and final remaining wife chose an ill-timed moment to crack a joke about the uncertainty of her future with the father of her children, setting off a chain reaction of awkwardness.

While discussing the uneven distribution of the family's land on Coyote Pass with her former sister wife, Meri, she remarked, "The other thing is that you never know if Kody and I are going to stay together."

As laughter ensued, Meri chimed in about the unpredictable nature of relationships over the years, stating, "I mean, you never know what's going to happen another 22 years down the road."

Although it was funny to the two women, Kody did not seem to find it so, judging by his less-than-amused expression caught by the camera as he sat with arms crossed at the table.

This caused Robyn to try and salvage the situation, acknowledging her misstep with, "That was a bad joke, Kody, sorry, sorry." But her husband seemed unimpressed as he retorted, "I'm trying to think of a comeback."

His attempt at a relaxed demeanor did not work, seeing as the 45-year-old continued to apologize profusely, realizing the gravity of her words. Later, in a confessional interview, Robyn clarified her intention behind the ill-fated joke. She explained:

"I'm not saying that Kody and I are going to really split up, but I mean it's just like I deserve my fourth too, is what my point is. Not to be counted with Kody. I actually get tired of that, to constantly, always be counted with Kody."

Robyn Brown Accused Christine Of Unraveling Family Dynamics

In an October episode of "Sister Wives," The Blast shared that tensions finally reached a boiling point, as Robyn pointed a finger at Christine, attributing Kody's emotional turmoil to her departure from the family in 2021.

Even though she finally had the family's patriarch to herself, the mother-of-five was shown to be far from content on a previous episode of the popular reality show. During a candid conversation with Meri, she delved into the ongoing repercussions of Christine's exit, highlighting the apparent shift in Kody's demeanor, describing him as "angry."

In frustration, the TV personality blamed the mother-of-six, claiming she "messed him up" and shattered the illusion of what he believed was a functional situation. In her words:

"What Christine has done is messed him up. He doesn't want to admit it, but it's the truth. Christine totally just destroyed his past. Like, what he thought was a functional situation. She basically said it was horrible."

She also emphasized the relentless nature of Christine's communication, describing it as an "Every single minute of every single day type of thing." According to her, the 51-year-old extensively discussed her experiences, primarily centered around her relationship with Kody, sidelining interactions with the other wives.

On the other hand, Meri offered a different perspective in a later confessional, challenging the idea that Christine portrayed every aspect of their lives as hell. "I don't believe that Christine said that every bit of our lives was hell," the mother-of-one shared.

However, she acknowledged frustrations but also questioned the fairness of Kody's relay of Christine's sentiments to Robyn. As accusations flew, the other two wives redirected blame toward Robyn, suggesting her arrival disrupted the family dynamic.

In 2020, fans observed a recurring theme where she positioned herself as the victim, especially during arguments with Kody.

The narrative around her gained complexity when Kody legally divorced his first wife to marry her, adopting her children. This sparked perceptions of preferential treatment, with viewers speculating about Robyn's influence on the father of eighteen.
