NFL defensive player Taylor Rapp left the Buffalo Bills vs New York Jets game on a stretcher as he left the field in an ambulance.
Following a play, Rapp encountered a helmet-to-helmet with his own player. He went down without moving.

An ambulance came out onto the field, taking Rapp away on a stretcher. It is reminding a lot of people of what happened to Bills safety Damar Hamlin last season.
"Not comparing them or saying they are the same but i think what happened to Taylor Rapp brought back some flashbacks for our team from what happened to Damar Hamlin hope Taylor Rapp is ok and recovers soon 🙏 #BillsMafia," one user wrote.

25-year-old NFL player Damar Hamlin collapsed in the middle of the field during the first quarter of the Monday Night Football game against the Cincinnati Bengals in January.
Hamlin was down on the field for several minutes as medical personnel rushed onto the area and gave him CPR for 9 minutes as his heart stopped. After reviving him, Hamlin was loaded into an ambulance and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Hamlin was then treated at the hospital, and triumphantly made a full recovery, even being cleared by medical personnel a few months ago to return to football.
In another video, fans can see Buffalo Bills defenseman Taylor Rapp down on the field, seemingly in pain.

This comes just hours after Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Joey Bosa was carted off the field in the first quarter of the football game Sunday afternoon. He was seen sitting on the back of the cart, crying into his towel as he left the game.
The NFL star limped off the field and was then seen on the cart as he left the game, visibly hurt. It is questionable if he will return.
Plus, on November 5, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver K.J. Osborne took a hard hit during the NFL game, resulting in him being carted off the field. The wide receiver was sandwiched between two NFL players. He remained down on the field for several minutes as players from both teams kneeled on the turf.
Fans Help Raise Money For Damar Hamlin's Charity
After NFL fans watched Damar Hamlin fight for his life on January 2, 2023, they came together. Donations began pouring into a GoFundMe fundraiser created by the Bills Safety in 2020 — The Chasing M’s Foundation Community Toy Drive.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady was one of many to donate to the fundraiser. Brady donated $10,000, while New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft donated $18,003 on behalf of the Patriots’ organization. Kraft chose that specific number because 18 stands for “chai” in the Jewish faith, and 003 is the number Hamlin wears on his jersey.
NFL players, including Andy Dalton, Sauce Gardner, Davante Adams, Shannon Sharpe, Andrew Whitworth, Lawrence Guy, Drake London, Mike Evans, George Kittle, Christian McCaffrey, Marcus Jones, Myles Bryant, Brian Hoyer, Lloyd Cushenberry, Trey Lance, Ryan Leaf, and Devin and Jason McCourty have all also donated at least $1,000 to the fundraiser.
