The Stanley Cup brand received an unexpected and remarkable review in a widely circulated TikTok clip, viewed over 28 million times with 3.5 million likes. Shared by TikTok user @danimarielettering, also known as Danielle, the video showcased the aftermath of a car fire.

Amidst the wreckage, what drew attention was a seemingly unscathed Stanley-insulated mug sitting in the cup holder. Shaking the bottle that still had ice in it, Danielle remarked, "Everybody is so concerned if the Stanley spills, but what else? It was in a fire yesterday and still has ice in it."

The discovery of the seemingly fireproof Stanley Cup stunned viewers as the entire car looked burnt beyond repair. But it also led to a powerful surge in interest in the Stanley product.

In response to the viral video, Terence Reilly, the global president of Stanley, addressed the user @danimarielettering through the brand's TikTok account.

In the video message, Reilly expressed relief at her safety, acknowledging the ordeal she went through. "We've all seen your video. Wow, what an ordeal, and we're all really glad you're safe," he began.

He appreciated her for sharing the video clip, adding: "Thanks for sharing the video because it really shows how our Stanleys are built for life because of what it went through with you; I couldn't think of a better example of our product's quality."

Riley continued: "We're glad you're safe, and I've seen a lot of comments that we should send you a Stanley, and we're gonna send you some Stanleys."

"But there's one more thing. We've never done this before, and we'll probably never do it again, but we'd love to replace your vehicle. All of us at Stanley would like to replace your vehicle, so check your DM for details. Thanks, and be safe. Cheers," The company's president concluded.

After the company's announcement to replace the vehicle, users on social media praised the brand, taking to various platforms to express their opinions.
