Jennifer Aniston Stuns In Skimpy Spandex Gym Stretch

Jennifer Aniston is still front-page news for her recent tribute following Friends costar Matthew Perry's October 28 death. Earlier this week, the 54-year-old broke her Instagram silence as she delivered a moving goodbye post on Instagram, and that means more fans than ever are now trawling through her feed.

Earlier this year, Jennifer posted in full sweat mode as she busted out gym moves in a skimpy spandex look and flaunted her jaw-dropping physique. The sitcom star flashed her insane abs and toned legs while working her already-sculpted figure, also posting to shout out Pvolve. Fans have left the video over 1.1 million likes.

Looking decades younger than her years, Jen told her followers how she stays in such sensational shape as mash-up footage showed her engaging in a variety of strengthening exercises.

Outfitted in tight black leggings and a light grap sports bra, the Hollywood star opened from a black yoga mat and lifted one leg up high as she rested her body weight on one knee and her forearms. Adding in crisp white sneakers for a trendy finish, Jen used pulley resistance bands to stretch her legs before returning for a more energetic, trampoline-set stretch. Again, she used equipment to add weight to her arms.

Rocking a glowing face of makeup for the shoot, Jen even included some impressive balance work as she stood on one leg and from a wood-floored studio while slowly raising the other. Fans further saw the ex to Brad Pitt stretching her body out on a black-and-white mat as she once again showcased her shredded arms and shoulders, plus that toned waistline.

"I'm officially part of the @pvolve fam. SO proud to support our female founder and the beyond-talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come," Aniston wrote in a caption.

Jennifer this week posted to Instagram to mark the tragic loss of Matthew Perry, best known for playing funnyman Chandler Bing on Friends. The actor died at the end of last month at age 54 after being found unresponsive in his hot tub. Sharing a text from Matthew alongside a backstage set photo and footage from Friends, Jen wrote:

"Oh boy this one has cut deep... Having to say goodbye to our Matty has been an insane wave of emotions that I’ve never experienced before."

Referencing remaining cast members Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt Le Blanc, and herself, Jen said that it was "always the 6 of us."

"He made all of us laugh. And laugh hard. In the last couple of weeks, I’ve been poring over our texts to one another. Laughing and crying then laughing again. I’ll keep them forever and ever. I found one text that he sent me out of nowhere one day. It says it all. (See the second slide…)," she shared.
