Keke Palmer's Mother Reportedly Feared For Daughter's Life

The drama between Keke Palmer, her mother, and Darius Jackson continues to unfold following allegations of domestic violence by the actress against the father of her child. 

Sharon Palmer, who has been vocal since the scandal broke out, has shared more information about her daughter's time with Darius and even justified her alleged threat against him, adding that she was deeply concerned for Keke's safety.

Sharon posted a response to a now-deleted recording of her with Darius, which was made public, and said, "You should ask them for the entire tape. You will hear him being told to leave several times. The point where I am cussing came in after 2 minutes of him refusing to leave."

She continued that Darius was recording her illegally, thereby flouting the consent rules of California in the process, as she stated that the fitness instructor does not care about the law as most abusers don't. Sharon added that the fitness instructor refused to leave Keke's home even after he was not invited in and stated that she "feared for her life."

According to reports, the grandmother also addressed the images from Keke's surveillance video, which was attached as evidence in her restraining order request, saying, "The stills of Darius Jackson attacking my daughter speak for themselves. No other comments are necessary."

The Nickelodeon star was granted a temporary restraining order from the athlete and sole custody of their 7-month-old son, Leo. Darius is not keeping quiet amid the back and forth and has come forward with heavy allegations against his former partner and her family, including threats of shooting him.

The father-of-one claimed that Sharon threatened to put a bullet in his head after an argument ensued between himself and Keke at her place when he tried to pick Leo up for a football game.

Sharon reportedly used strong language and screamed at the athlete, who did not find Leo at home despite previously texting Keke about his plans with the baby.

Darius also tried collecting Keke's phone, a claim the "SNL" star made in her restraining order filing. He, however, denied assaulting the actress, and the authorities reportedly did not find enough evidence to arrest him for that.

Despite overwhelming evidence produced by Keke, including one of an altercation on the stairs from February 2022, The Blast shared that the father-of-one is standing his ground and denying all allegations.

However, Keke made her first public outing since the news broke out. She looked happy as she held baby Leo on a set in West Hollywood and took delivery of a fresh bouquet that left her emotional as she read the letter attached.

Darius' brother Sarunas Jackson also responded to the abuse allegation earlier in a now-deleted tweet, which read:

"The most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person I have EVER encountered in my entire life…Abuses almost everyone… Y'all will see.. Just send positive energy to the babies.. Any child in the middle of something like this does not deserve it AT ALL. Wow, So damn sad."

However, Keke's mom quickly condemned Sarunas's stance and accused him of indulging Darius's abusive tendencies that he was fully aware of by saying:

"I've never done anything like this. I've been in this business for 22 years. I've seen a lot of stuff, but this is—I can't help myself. For Sarunas Jackson to post on his Twitter the ridiculous that he's posted when he knew his brother was abusive."

She added that Sarunas is one of the "biggest f— boy in Hollywood. He's disrespectful to women, just like his little brother. He taught his brother how to be abusive, so he don't get to act like he's this special guy."

Sharon concluded her response with a warning to Darius and his brother not to mess with her family. Sarunas responded to Sharon's statement and called all her claims false as he has never abused anyone, adding that he would expose Sharon's threat to his family. 

"Quote me: I NEVER ONCE SAID THAT to Sharon. NOT ONCE IN MY LIFE. I have NEVER been abusive to any of the women I ever been involved with. I'm not going to keep on with this circus. But Sharon, the world is about to hear YOUR VOICE. Very soon. And the threats you made to my family." the "Insecure" star wrote.
